The working principle of brushless gear motor:

The stator of the brushless gear motor is composed of permanent magnet steel. Its main function is to generate a magnetic field in the air gap of the motor. After the motor armature winding is energized, a reactive magnetic field is generated. The commutation is done by placing the armature winding on the stator and the permanent magnet steel on the rotor, which is just the opposite of the DC brush motor, but this can only fix the magnetic field and cannot interact with the permanent magnetic field generated by the rotor magnet in motion. It can generate a single direction of torque to drive the rotor to rotate, so the brushless motor needs to be equipped with a position sensor, a control circuit and a power logic switch in addition to a stator and a rotor to form a motor, so that the stator winding of the brushless motor is running during operation. The generated magnetic field and the permanent magnetic field generated by the rotating rotor magnet are always maintained at an electrical angle of about (π/2) rad in space.
